Orders in Australia
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post's E-Parcel system. A flat rate of $9.95 is charged at check out for this freight cost.
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Upon shipment you will receive a tracking number for your parcel sent from Australia post. You can use this number to track the whereabouts of your parcel at any time.
Orders over $150 in total are shipped FREE within Australia with some exceptions. For any items NOT included in this FREE postage offer, we have advised this is the case in that particular products description and will also advise what postage IS charged. Postage for these items are advised and remain the same shipped anywhere in Australia. Generally these items are BULK furniture items and will also be sent separately from the rest of your order.
Bulk Items
Freight charges for bulk items do not automatically calculate at the check-out. We have applied a standard freight charge for these items however some State and Territory customers will need to pay extra.
We will contact you by email if any additional freight charges apply. This extra charge will be required before we can process the order.
Please allow approximately 14 days for delivery.
Please note: Bulky items will be shipped separately from the rest of your order. Bulk items are only available for delivery within Australia.
Please note we do not currently send orders overseas but we DO accept orders FROM overseas to be delivered to an Australian address.
