We try very hard to keep our postage at an affordable rate for our customers. Postage is currently $10.95 for all orders up to $150* Orders over $150 are posted free. This excludes furniture and or Bulky items or items sent straight from our distributor. It will say the postage estimate for these items in bold on the product description page. This extra freight amount will be added to your order at check out. We will contact you with the correct amount of shipping for these items if they exceed what you have already paid. You will then have the option to proceed or cancel this order.
We would like you to read our Purchase & Shipping Terms carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing products (the Products) via our website.
Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Purchase & Shipping Terms, which constitute the agreement between Trading Street Pty Ltd A.C.N. 624 433 432 trading as Lime Tree Kids (BN21917942) (we, us, our, or Lime Tree Kids) and you.
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Lime Tree Kids is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
All prices quoted on the Website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you.
Our prices do not include transport insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver ordered Products to you.
Lime Tree Kids will only accept payment for the Products via Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and AfterPay.
After you make payment for your order, you will receive a transaction confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order.
If your order is over $250 we may contact you via email to request a bank transfer and refund the amount back to your card. This is at the discretion of management.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
We process orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in South Australia. If you purchase any of the Products on a non-business day, we will process the order on the next business day.
SOME OF OUR LARGER ITEMS WE NOW DROPSHIP DIRECTLY FROM OUR SUPPLIERS IN ORDER TO SAVE YOU FREIGHT COSTS AND SPEED OF DELIVERY. WE HAVE MANY DIFFERENT SUPPLIERS AND THEY ALL WORK IN DIFFERENT WAYS, USING DIFFERENT POSTAL COURIERS. THEREFORE, TIME FRAMES FOR DISPATCH AND DELIVERY WILL DIFFER TO OUR USUAL GUIDELINES (AS STATED IN THESE TERMS).
MOST DROPSHIP ITEMS WILL NOT COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER UNFORTUNATELY IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF WHERE YOUR DELIVERY IS, ITS EXPECTED TIME OF DELIVERY ETC PLEASE EMAIL US AT firstname.lastname@example.org AND WE CONTACT THEM TO FIND OUT FOR YOU.
Lime Tree Kids only ships to destinations within Australia at this time.
Products shipped from the Lime Tree Kids distribution centre will be via Australia Post E-Parcel, unless agreed otherwise between the parties.
Depending on the Products that you order, it may be possible for you to receive shipments for the one order via Australia Post E-Parcel and via a courier service.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. However, orders may be shipped within 72 hours of receiving cleared funds during peak times such as Christmas AND SALES PERIODS.
We cannot guarantee delivery times; however, you should receive your delivery within 2-7 WORKING DAYS.
Australia Post E-Parcel does not include insurance. Please contact us if you require insurance so we can discuss options and any additional costs.
Once we have processed and sent your order, you will receive a tracking number. You can then track your order via the Australia Post website.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Lime Tree Kids may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
PRODUCTS MISSING FROM AN ORDER
Should a Product be missing from an order, please contact us at email@example.com with the order number and the product code or product name of the Product you ordered, and we will investigate accordingly.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Any return of Products to us by you will be governed in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy. You can request a refund on your item if you wish to return it within 30 days of ordering for a full refund of the purchase price (less postage of the item) . You are responsible for returning the item to us including postage fees. The returned items MUST be in the original , unopened condition and packaged in such a way that they will NOT be damaged in transit. If they are received back in our warehouse in an unsalable condition the return may not be processed.
By agreeing to these Purchase & Shipping terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to the Lime Tree Kids business, including information relating to products, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message.
